I would love to make this yogurt mousse, but see you have gelatin listed as an ingredient – this is NOT vegetarian. Is there a vegetarian alternative that would be suitable to use instead? I’m quite surprised to see such an ingredient required in a ‘vegetarian’ recipe.
Dear Shirley, I am very sorry I listed this as ‘vegetarian’ since it contains gelatin.
In any event you can make the mousse using agar-agar, but I am not sure about the right amount needed, as I have not tried it with that wonderful seaweed thickener. But I know that over the internet one can find tables with the equivalent agar-agar quantity to the 1 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin.

The re pie for the mousse does not say what to do with the rosewater or when to add it in??
